Two Men Attempting Theft Slashed By Vigilante

WEST HOLLYWOOD—An unknown vigilante slashed two men who were attempting to rob another man Sunday night at the House of Blues on Sunset Boulevard.

At around 12:00 a.m., two suspects who were in the midst of trying to steal another man’s chain necklace were struck from behind with an unknown weapon and by an unknown assailant. The House of Blues at 8430 West Sunset Blvd. was hosting a rap concert with artists
Mur, Buckshot, 9th Wonder, Sean Price, and Alexander Spit.
The incident happened when the victim was walking to the bathroom during the show, and the attack was reported at around 12:15 a.m. The club remained open after the attack.

The suspects have been treated for their injuries, and have been taken into custody and are being charged. The victim suffered from only minor bruises. Authorities are searching for the assailant, who could be charged with attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon.
