Attempted Sexual Assault In Westwood

WESTWOOD—Police are warning women on the UCLA campus about a man pretending to sell magazines who attempted to sexually assault a female on Friday, February 8.

 

At around 8:15 p.m. on the 700 block of Gayley, a man attempted to sexually assault a young woman after inviting him in her home. The suspect fled the scene and was last seen heading southbound on Gayley. The victim is a non-UCLA student.

The suspect is described as a white male, around 25-years-old, 5’10” tall, and 200 pounds with a shaved head. He was wearing a navy blue sweatshirt, light blue shorts, tennis shoes and sunglasses.
