WEST HOLLYWOOD—The City of West Hollywood now has a new interactive project website for its Pedestrian and Bicycle Mobility plan. The website www.walkbikeweho.com is helping the city to better embrace technology and gather input through city decision making.
The community of
West Hollywood is using social and interactive media instead of public meetings to inform the public.
The website features a blog that keeps the residents of
West Hollywood up to date on everything “ped and bike” related. Answering the 10 question survey about walking and biking in
West Hollywood will help improve the quality of life for the city. The city is currently updating the city’s 2003 Pedestrian and Mobility Plan. They are adding on to the success of the plan while addressing the safety and mobility concerns in the area.
