According to authorities, Summers had situated himself into the small community until an anonymous tip came in late Tuesday night, leading to Summers’ arrest. Summers was taken to San Diego and then Los Angeles where he is currently being held on a $19 million bail.

Daniel Martinez, 29, is being held on charges of kidnapping a minor under the age of 14 and first-degree burglary. When asked for comment, Summers’ mother said she was glad her son was captured and arrested so he couldn’t do this again.
