WOODLAND HILLS—At least three suspects’ whereabouts are unknown following the Westfield Topanga Mall break-in that occurred on Thursday, March 7 in Woodland Hills.
Noises were heard inside the Neiman Marcus store at the mall and law enforcement officials were called to the scene where they found a broken window at the Neiman Marcus Café. A sweep of the area did not amount to any leads for the officers and the search continues for the three suspects tied to this crime.
A source from KNX1070 News Radio took to twitter to say that a “security video shows someone going into Neiman Marcus, but not coming out at Westfield Topanga Mall” prompting law enforcement to assume the suspects were still inside. A police dog was brought in to search for the suspects, but again the search turned up empty.
No civilians are reported to have been present during the robbery, but it is reported that the suspects got away with several designer handbags worth thousands of dollars during the early morning break-in.
