BEVERLY HILLS—After a brief restoration period, the Beverly Gardens Park Lily Pond is back on display to the public as of Tuesday, February 4 at 1:45 p.m.

The pond’s restoration was part of the Beverly Hills Centennial Celebration. On October 13, 2013, the restoration was announced through a ceremony that included an equestrian parade courtesy of The Rodeo de Los Caballos.

The pond was installed back in 1907 and was one of the first major attractions in the Beverly Hills Garden, but in the 1970s, the pond was removed until the Friends of Beverly Gardens Park were able to raise enough money to put the pond back in its rightful place.
