BEVERLY HILLS—On Sunday, July 1, the city of Beverly Hills celebrated Canada Day. As a result, City Hall was red and the United States and Canadian flags were projected in tandem on the tower of City Hall.

Beverly Hills Mayor Julian A. Gold and Vice Mayor John Mirisch were joined by Canadian Consul General James Villeneuve to view the lighting of the flags.

“We are happy to have these flags projected on City Hall. Beverly Hills is a welcoming community and we are pleased to be able to help celebrate Canada Day in our city,” said Mayor Gold.
