HOLLYWOOD—The candidates for the big awards season just keep rolling in. On Monday, December 15, the Broadcast Film Critics Association announced their nominees for 2015. Leading the pack was the quirky comedy “Birdman” with a total of 13 nominations including Best Picture.
Looks like this could be the film to beat this awards season, but I have an inkling Oscar will deliver a few surprises, they always do which make for an interesting awards season if you ask me.
“The Grand Budapest Hotel” earned 11 nominations, while the drama “Boyhood” nabbed eight nominations. A list of this year’s nominees are listed below:
