HOLLYWOOD—Officials from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Area are asking for the public’s help in identifying a burglary suspect.

According to the LAPD blog, on Saturday, May 21, at around 3:45 p.m., the suspect entered a recording studio on the 6600 block of Santa Monica Boulevard. When questioned by an employee, the suspect indicated he was a repair man. He picked up a large sound board and placed the item into his vehicle. The suspect drove away from the recording studio before the employee could validate his claim.

Police have described the suspect as a bald, African-American male in his 30s. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs around 250 pounds. He was seen driving a dark colored four-door Sedan.
