HOLLYWOOD HILLS—Fashion designer Calvin Klein just purchased a house in Hollywood Hills for $25 million.

Tyrone McKillen and Drew Fenton of Hilton and Hyland listed the contemporary house, which covers 9,300 square feet, in the market for $29.95 million in January.

Designed by Paul McClean, the house has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, retractable glass walls, and a 65-foot infinity pool. The entrance boasts a bridge that goes over a waterfall. The home also offers a view of the Pacific Ocean and Downtown Los Angeles.

Adding to the luxuries of the home is the eight-car garage and a 12-seat screening room. There is also a temperature controlled wine room.

Calvin Klein listed his Miami beach home in May for $16 million. He also has a penthouse in Manhattan and a glass mansion he built in Southampton.

Klein’s net worth is estimated to be around $700 million.

His new house is two doors down from the Winklevoss twins, who are famously known for suing Facebook. They had offered their house for a year long lease this March for $150,000 a month.
