The Boys & Girls Clubs of Malibu is looking for a Youth Development Professional. A Child Care Site Director is needed at the YMCA in the nearby city of Calabasas and Malibu. Wagon Wheel School of Malibu has openings for a Pre-K Teacher.
Aside from babysitting and nanny positions, there are other types of child care job opportunities near Malibu including teaching, linguistics, and child development are all career options. Some of the highest paying jobs involve working directly with children. Pediatric Registered Nurse, Pediatric Dental Hygienist, Child and Family Social Worker, and Early Childhood Educator are just a few of the highest paid positions where you work directly with children. Working with children can be a rewarding experience as well. Dr. Jeanne Tahdi Blackstone who received her Doctorate of Ministry from Wisdom University remembers her time early in her career working as a Case Manager for Children.
“It’s been very rewarding for me because there is nothing more exciting than a child. They are a constant surprise. They are for me the closest experience to watching God at work. I think childcare is not only the most rewarding but it’s the most important,” Tahdi told Canyon News.
