BEVERLY HILLS—Rumors are being reported that actress Denise Richards, 47, could become a member of the Bravo reality series “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” The actress has starred in several movies including “Wild Things, “Love Actually,” “Valentine” and “Starship Troopers.” She starred in her own reality show called “It’s Complicated.” Richards has not officially signed to star in the series, but People magazine said that she is, “… a huge Housewives fan and watches all of the shows.”

The actress was previously married to actor Charlie Sheen for four years before they split in 2006. They have two children together. Producers of the show believe that she would be a great addition to the series after a lackluster season eight. In May, rumors spread of Beverly Hills alums Erika Jayne and Dorit Kemsley, leaving the show, but Jayne cleared up the rumors when she appeared on talk show “The View” noting that she was not leaving the series.

According to reports, producers are hoping Richards will bring a bit of drama to the series. The previous season features housewives Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Lisa Rinna and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. A premiere date of the ninth season has not yet been disclosed to the public.
