MALIBU—Information regarding where to vote and how to cast a ballot has been provided by the city of Malibu

The Los Angeles County Registrar Recorder/County Clerk Office has provided information to assist Malibu’s registered voters to cast their ballot in the General Election on Tuesday, November 8.

Polls open at 7 a.m. and will remain open till 8 p.m. on November 8 at the following polling locations: Malibu West Swim Club, Malibu High School, Malibu United Methodist Church, Point Dume Marine Science Elementary School, Point Dume Club, Malibu Bluffs Park, Malibu City Hall, and Duke’s Restaurant.  Voters who prefer to vote in person should go to the polling location indicated on the back of their Sample Ballot.

The polling location may be different from where residents previously voted. For the confirmation on polling locations visit www./LAVote.net/LocatorByAddress.

Voters who registered to receive a VBM ballot should complete the ballot and insert it in the provided VBM envelope. It is important that the voter’s address is printed on the back of the envelope along with the voter’s signature. Unsigned ballots will not be counted.

Vote-by-mail ballots must have a postmark by Election Day and be received by the county within three days. Voters may drop off their VBM ballots either in an official VBM Drop-Off Box at Malibu City Hall, or at any official Los Angeles County polling location during the voting hours.
