BEVERLY HILLS—Season 6 of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” will see a new cast member entering the ranks.
Erika Jayne will be joining the cast, but to what capacity has not yet been revealed.
Jayne is an American dance/club music performer. She is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, but her husband Thomas V. Girardi has a Los Angeles based law firm. According to US Magazine Jayne, Girardi are friends with current “Housewives” star Yolanda Foster and her husband, David Foster.
Jayne appeared on the music scene back in 2007, when her single “Rollercoaster” hit the air waves. “Rollercoaster” managed to skyrocket to the number one spot on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Club play chart. Her next single “Stars” released in 2008, also hit the number one spot on the Billboard Hot Dance Airplay chart.
She is expected to join regular cast members Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Yolanda Foster, and Ellen Davidson. Kim Richards and Brandi Glanville will not be returning as full-time cast members for next season. Kim Richards is currently going through several health issues which prevents her from returning to the show. According to reports, Brandi Glanville experienced clashes with her fellow cast members, but claims that she wants to concentrate more on her podcasts and is unable to do that and continue with the series.
No official date for the new season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” has been announced.
