HOLLYWOOD HILLS—Actress Eva Longoria, 42, has listed her Hollywood Hills property above Laurel Canyon for $14 million. She purchased the multi-residence compound from actor Tom Cruise two years ago for roughly $11.4 million.
The listing comes after Longoria purchased a Beverly Crest home earlier this month for $13.5 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The Hollywood Hills property, which was built in 2004 and has been renovated by each of its owners, features two main houses located on a 2.5-acre plot. One, a Southern European-style villa, features three bedrooms and three baths. The second primary residence is described in the listing as a “Country” home. It has four bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms. There is also a stone cottage and two smaller studios located on the compound’s property. The residence is located on a road that branches just off of Mulholland Drive and features a private pool that winds underneath hardscape facades and rustic wooden bridges.
Longoria is best known for her roles on the CBS daytime soap opera, “The Young and the Restless” and she also starred on the ABC series “Desperate Housewives.”
