HOLLYWOOD—Is there anything that can be done to make them popular again? Men like talk show host Michael Strahan and Jimmy Kimmel are well-liked, however other actors in Hollywood are not so well-liked. Some celebrities just have their own way of doing things, prefer their privacy and possibly just don’t care.

Some celebrities have lost their fans, and for some strange reason are not very well-liked by their own peers. Everyone knows that with fame and success comes hate. We all know that we can’t please everyone, so when you become famous there will surely be people who are envious, that detest you, even just because of the way you look. However celebrities face the most criticism and attract the most hatred. So what are the reasons?

The most common reasons are the most obvious ones. It may be the way the celebrities act or because of what they believe in and support, how they dress, their attitude or simply because of the roles in their acting career. Some celebrities garner negative attention due to an isolated incident, such as a scandal. Let’s begin with some of the most unliked celebrities in Hollywood: Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Kris Jenner, Chris Brown and Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan, in order to avoid jail time, is required to complete her mandated community service by the end of May. According to published reports, the “Mean Girls” star was ordered by a judge to complete a 125 hours of community service in connection with a 2012 DUI case. While others were enjoying the Memorial Day weekend, Lindsay was working at New York LGBT Youth Center, trying to beat the clock.

The 28-year-old is under a deadline to complete her community service by a court hearing on May 28. A judge could end her probation in the case, filed after Lohan crashed on Pacific Coast Highway while on the way to a film shoot in 2012. If the judge ends Lohan’s case, it will be the first time in nearly eight years she has not been on probation in Los Angeles. Way to go Lindsay, finish and prove everyone wrong.

Memorial Day weekend went by quickly, and according to sources, Madonna has finally moved into her newly-constructed Bridgehampton mansion on Mitchells Lane, which is next to the horse farm she bought from Kelly Klein. The queen of pop will be in the Hamptons for the summer. She loves to ride her horses on her 58 acres of land. Everyone flocked to the Hamptons for the Memorial Day Weekend. Amagansett is considered the Hollywood of the Hamptons, with homeowners like Scarlett Johansson and Gwyneth Paltrow. Then by Indian Wells Beach, you have Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Jessica Parker and Sir Paul McCartney.

Some of the elite arrived in style, by the helicopter charter service Blade. The 35-minute chopper flights from NYC to the East End will cost an estimated $585. But most, simply celebrated the weekend on their million dollar yachts, with spectacular sunset views. Some party-goers kicked off the summer at the exclusive lakeside BBQ at the Surf Lodge with special guest Tove Lo who performed for the elite crowd by invitation only.
