SANTA MONICA—An elderly woman who was reported missing last week by the Los Angeles Police Department by her family has been found.. Jo Ann May Roth’s family filed a Missing Person Report with the LAPD to locate the 79 year-old.

According to the LAPD Blog, Roth was last seen on June 12 near 1732 Lincoln Boulevard at approximately 9 p.m., which is in the area of a Chevron gas station in Santa Monica.

Jo Ann May Roth who was reported missing has been found safe.

Roth has brown hair and hazel eyes and stands 5 feet and 2 inches tall, and weighs approximately 125 pounds. She was driving a 2014 silver Honda Accord, with the California plate 7HBM437.

The Los Angeles Police Department, Missing Persons Unit, and Detective M. Palmer were investigating the case. Two days after her family reported Roth missing, she was found on Thursday, June 14 at approximately 2 a.m. near Sierra Madre and Foothill in Pasadena. Roth returned home safely.
