HOLLYWOOD HILLS—On Thursday, October 13, model and reality TV star, Kendall Jenner arrived in court to testify against her alleged stalker.

The suspect accused of stalking Jenner is Shavauhgn McKenzie. Prosecutors say that Shavaughn, 25, followed the 20-year-old model up her driveway and attempted to talk to her. He was arrested outside Jenner’s Hollywood Hills home and is being charged with misdemeanor stalking and trespassing.

Deputy city officer, Alex Perez called McKenzie an “obsessed and mentally unstable fan” saying that McKenzie repeatedly tried to meet Jenner outside her home. Back in August, Jenner was granted a temporary restraining order against McKenzie. In documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight, Kendall states, “As a result of McKenzie’s repeated harassment and stalking of me, I fear for my life and have suffered, and continue to suffer, emotional distress.”

Shelli Azoff, a family friend of Kendall Jenner also testified in court as a witness saying that when she arrived at Jenner’s home she was screaming and crying in her car.

McKenzie’s attorney, Taylor Shramo informed jurors that McKenzie has a severe mental disorder. It was noted that McKenzie has several trespassing convictions aside from Jenner’s. If convicted, McKenzie could face up to 6 months in jail.
