BEVERLY HILLS—A lawsuit was filed against Kim Kardashian on Tuesday, March 1 for a vehicle accident that occurred in Beverly Hills in 2014.
Rafael Antonio Linares, from Moreno Valley alleges that he was injured in a collision by a car that was driven by the reality star.
The lawsuit states that the crash occurred on Sunset Boulevard near Benedict Canyon Drive on March 11, 2014. Linares has since had to seek medical treatment, and his car was damaged making it worth less than before the collision, according to court papers.
Linares filed the lawsuit with the Los Angeles Superior Court and is seeking unspecified damages.
A representative for Kardashian could not be immediately reached. Kim stars on the E! reality series “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and is married to rapper Kanye West. The couple have two children, North West and Saint West.
