OXNARD—The Los Angeles Rams are ready to return! Last night, the Oxnard City Council gave approval for the Rams to hold mini-camp at River Ridge Fields, beginning April 18.

The Rams are familiar with this site, as they trained here last year with the Dallas Cowboys. The practice and OTA’s are free to the public; a great opportunity to catch the first glimpse of pro football in Southern California.

This is the same site where the Dallas Cowboys train in the off-season annually.

“We will begin our off-season training on April 18, which will be the first time our team assembles as the Los Angeles Rams,” said Rams coach Jeff Fisher in a recent letter to Rams fans.

“We fully expect this will be the beginning of a season that sees us compete for the NFC West title.”

This is temporary as the Rams must find a permanent facility to begin training camp in July.

The Rams are leasing the field from April 18-June 17 at a cost of nearly $60,000.
