WOODLAND HILLS—The new cast for CBS’ “Big Brother17,” includes three Los Angeles locals.

One of the cast members is WWE NXT pro wrestler, Judas. Judas, officially known as Austin Matelson, a 30-year-old Woodland Hills native. Matelson was in the public light earlier this year after he held an interview accusing WWE NXT trainer, Bill DeMott, of bullying. DeMott resigned after Matelson’s allegations.

Da’Vonne Rodgers of Inglewood is also on the show. Rodgers, a 27-year-old poker dealer, currently resides in Los Angeles. In her bio, Rodgers says she comes from an extremely religious background, with both of her parents working in the church. Rodgers did not conform to her family’s ways and would go to the beach or out with friends while they were in church. She is a single mother and wants to win the money for her daughter.

The final cast member from the region is Jace Agolli from Venice Beach. Originally from Georgia, Agolli, 23, reported being an adventurer, partaking in sports such as semi-professional skateboarding, surfing and snowboarding.

“Big Brother,” a reality game-show that features contestants living in a secluded house during the season, competing with one another in various competitions to determine which houseguest will be evicted from the compound each week. The winner will walk away with a $500,000 cash prize.

The new season has a two-night premiere on June 24and June 25. According to CBS, the twists for the new season will be revealed during premiere nights.
