HOLLYWOOD—Actress Jacqueline MacInness Wood, who portrays Steffy Forrester on CBS’s “The Bold and the Beautiful,” spent yet another week in the driver’s seat at Forrester Creations. The beautiful young Forrester spends so much time blackmailing Brooke and Oliver that you wonder how she can also run the public relations department at the fashion house. Wood is turning into a great leading lady in daytime television and plays her grandmother’s namesake. This week her low blows were even more egregious than ever before.

After Steffy found out that her sexy stepmother, Brooke Logan slept with her daughter Hope’s boyfriend the night of Hope’s graduation party, Steffy put them both on the hot seat. She forced Brooke out of Forrester Creations and demanded that Hope go back East to Boston to start her post-high school education. She also demanded that Oliver become her boyfriend and give their relationship a chance.

Despite Ridge’s misgivings and Stephanie’s shock, Brooke resigned from her position at the family’s fashion house and left the company. This week Brooke’s sister Donna Logan Forrester received half of the stock her husband Eric owns in Forrester Creations as a settlement in their divorce. Steffy just couldn’t leave well enough alone. She was defiant and demanded of Brooke to tell her sister to not accept the stock or else. Or else what, you ask? Steffy would renege on her promise to Brooke and Oliver to keep their night of passionate sex a secret from the family and the public.

The pretty little liar just couldn’t keep her word and Brooke was furious to be placed under Steffy’s threats yet again, and hurt. It was, after all, punishment enough to walk away from Forrester and to let her daughter Hope leave L.A., but now this. By the end of the week, Steffy found herself in a precarious position after pushing the blackmail demands possibly one too many times.

Brad Bell keeps us guessing on a daily basis. However, what will be Steffy’s next move? Chances are with Jacqueline playing the role and Brad writing, we can be assured that it’s going to be deliciously exciting to watch!

“B&B” airs weekdays on the CBS Network.
