MALIBU—The City of Malibu will be hosting the third annual Spring Recital on Friday, May 29 at 6 p.m.
This free event, sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department, will be held at the Malibu Civic Theater. Located at Malibu City Hall on 23825 Stuart Ranch Road, the theater can seat a total of 253 people.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., half an hour before performances are scheduled to begin. According to the City of Malibu website, “performances include some of the community’s favorite classes and more.”
These class performances will include Superstars Dance Academy, which instructs children between the ages of 4-8 in jazz and hip hop dance; Children’s Ballet, led by Adrianna Fiori, for children between the ages of 4-6; Parent & Me Ballet, also led by Adrianna Fiori, for children between the ages of 2½-4½; and the adult hula group led by Kuma Hula Anna Liza.
