LOS FELIZ — A motorcyclist was killed on Sunday, November 17 in a crash with another vehicle on Los Feliz Boulevard.
The man riding the motorcycle, whose identity has yet to be revealed to the public pending notification of the family, was driving down the 4600 block of Los Feliz Boulevard around 8:50 a.m. when a woman driving a BMW exited her driveway. The motorcycle, a 2009 Kawasaki ZX6R, according the Los Angles Police Department, struck the car and launched the man from his bike.
Both victims were transported to local hospitals. The biker was pronounced dead shortly after arriving; the female victim suffered numerous injuries including lacerations.
The LAPD does not suspect drugs or alcohol to be involved in the collision, but the incident is still being investigated by Central Traffic Detectives.
