BEVERLY HILLS—World boxing champion and elected representative to the Filipino legislature, Emmanuel “Manny” Dapidran Pacquiao, is purchasing a mansion in Beverly Hills for $12.5 million and four tickets (worth up to $7,500 each) to his much-anticipated fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Pacquiao, 36, is currently training in Los Angeles for the bout against the undefeated Mayweather Jr., and will be earning at least $120 million for the match, more than doubling his net worth of $110 million.

The property, which Pacquiao is under contract to buy, has seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms within 10,000 square feet of living space. Included in the home is a theater, a family room with a wet bar, and a beautiful backyard patio with a pool and lounge area.

The home, once owned celebrities such as rapper P. Diddy and actress/singer Jeniffer Lopez, sold previously for $4.8 million in 2012, according to public records.

The Filipino world champion will be defending his 57-5-2 record against Mayweather Jr. at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on May 2.
