HOLLYWOOD HILLS—Spice Girl Mel B, whose real name is Melanie Brown, is looking for a buyer to purchase her Hollywood Hills home that she formerly lived in with ex-husband Stephen Belafonte.
The couple, who finalized their divorce in December 2017, are selling the property. Brown and Belafonte first listed the property in March 2017, in the middle of their divorce proceedings. The home was initially listed for $9 million and has dropped to $7.5 million.
The 4,631 square-foot home stretches over four-stories. In 2014, the couple paid $4.3 million for the property. The home has four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
The home features a movie theater, chef’s kitchen, gym, game room, and recording studio. Outside a pool, spa, kitchen, and entertaining area fill the space. The listing is being held by Douglas Elliman broker Josh Altman. Mel B is known for her role as a judge on the NBC reality-competition series “America’s Got Talent.”
