MALIBU—Miley Cyrus just bought another beach house in Malibu for $2.5 million, after her purchase of a ranch in Hidden Hills last year.
Cyrus, who is a triple threat with her singing, songwriting and acting abilities has been actively in the housing market since last year. She sold her family home in Toluca Lake for $6 million and bought a ranch with a vineyard in Hidden Hills, a western LA suburb, for over $4 million. Her $2.5 million Malibu home includes neighbors such as Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams.
The newly-acquired contemporary style house is located in the city’s Oceanside Ramirez Canyon neighborhood, hidden behind a landscape of trees and can be accessed through a bridge driveway.The spacious two-story home has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, an open-planning living room/dining room, a kitchen and a media room.
Within a walking distance to Paradise Cove beach, this multi-million dollar property is also right next to Miley Cyrus’s on-again fiancé Liam Hemsworth’s $6.8 million off-beach house. Cyrus’ career rose to fame on the Disney channel hit “Hannah Montana.” Since leaving the series, she released several solo albums and starred in several movies including “The Last Song” and has an appearance in the comedy “Zoolander 2.”
