BEVERLY HILLS—A missing resident from the city of Beverly Hills has been found safe. City of Beverly Hills Public Manager Keith Sterling indicated in an email to Canyon News that Moussa Fooladi, 84, was found safe on Saturday, May 4.

Fooladi, who resides in the 300 block of N. Almont Dr. was reported missing on Thursday, May 2 at approximately 8:20 p.m., after the Beverly Hills Police Department were contacted and alerted. Surveillance video showed Mr. Fooladi walking away from his apartment complex at approximately 1:05 p.m. He only speaks Farsi and suffers from medical conditions that cause him to become disoriented at times. The BHPD reported that Fooladi normally keeps his California ID card in his possession.

He was classified as a “Critical Missing” person and the Beverly Hills Police Department allocated numerous resources to locate Mr. Fooladi. The BHPD posted on their Facebook page “Great news! Moussa has been found and reunited with his family! Thank you to everyone who helped locate Moussa.”
