PACIFIC PALISADES—On Tuesday, May 12 an adult male went missing near the Santa Ynez Falls Trail in Pacific Palisades. Pacific Palisades Park Rangers were called to search for the hiker.

The Los Angeles Fire Department appeared on the scene to help assist park rangers with the search.

The LAFD brought in two helicopters, as well as ground crews. According to the LAFD Spokesman Brian Humphrey, the hiker was rescued late last night and found in a remote area.

The department was unable to release the hiker’s identity, but confirmed he was found uninjured and rescued by one of the LAFD’s helicopters.
