HOLLYWOOD—Eric Kohler, the 27-year old visual effects producer who was reportedly missing since November 24, has been found in La Paz, Mexico.

The Los Angeles Police Department informed Canyon News that evidence has been substantiated that Kohler is in La Paz, Mexico. According to reports, Kohler was found in Mexico after officials received tips.

The Oakley native, who was last seen wearing a blue short-sleeve shirt, had not been seen by family or co-workers for more than a week.

According to reports, he was last seen leaving his workplace on Tuesday, November 24, at 3:30 p.m. on the block of El Segundo Boulevard in Gardena. According to a co-worker, as reported by NBC News, Kohler even missed a meeting for an upcoming project where he did not have his laptop or his bag.

The vehicle that Kohler was last seen in was described as a black Range Rover Evoque, which had no license plate, but displayed a “Hornburg” car dealership plate covering it. The vehicle was last seen at Food 4 Less parking lot at S. Western Avenue and Imperial Highway in Westmont.

Eric Kohler has worked on a number of film projects including “The Hangover III,” “X-Men, “Pirates of the Caribbean” and “Into the Storm.” The LAPD noted on a bulletin that Kohler is no longer considered a missing person. No official details about the producer’s disappearance have been disclosed to the public.
