BEL AIR—The Bel Air home once shared by singer Mariah Carey and her estranged husband, “America’s Got Talent” host, Nick Canon, has sold for $9 million.

Located at 3130 Antelo Road, the massive, 11,750-square-foot mansion has at least six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and three half bathrooms.

According to public records the couple purchased the property in April 2009 for nearly $7 million from Grammy Award-winning music producer Allen Sides. Sides purchased the home for $2.7 million in 1999 and prior to him, six-time Golden Globe Award nominee, Farrah Fawcett, owned the property for nearly 20 years.

Some notable features of the estate include a game room, a movie theater, a recording studio, an indoor basketball court and an “Aspen Room,” a massive entertainment room equipped with a large field-stone fireplace, a bar, and access to a backyard with sweeping views of Bel Air’s Stone Canyon Reservoir.

Cannon and Carey married in 2008 and welcomed twins in April 2011. Canon filed for divorce earlier this year following rumors that the pair were reportedly living apart for nearly six months.

The buyers are Rudy Rezzadeh, a New York City-based doctor, and his wife Niki, who are moving to the West Coast. Ardavan Mofid of Coldwell Banker Previews International represented Rezzadeh.
