HOLLYWOOD HILLS—A police hunt has ensued after a man broke into a Hollywood Hills home on Thursday, February 25.

The suspect, described as a white male in his 20s with dark shoulder length hair, invaded a home on the 3600 block of Regal Place shortly before 5:00 a.m., according to Los Angeles Police Officer Jane Kim of the Media Relations Office.

In the process of the robbery, the suspect injured a woman, presumably the owner of the home, and escaped with undisclosed items from the residence.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.

Officers searched the neighborhood and are continuing to search for the suspect who remains at large.
