BEVERLY HILLS—The Beverly Hills Police Department announced the promotions of two new sergeants in a press release on October 19.

Andrew Myers was promoted to Sergeant on July 22, 2017. Myers started his career with the BHPD in 2002 after transferring from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department where he served 3 years as a deputy sheriff. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.

Billy Fair was promoted to Sergeant on October 14, 2017. Fair started his career with BHPD in 2013 after transferring from the Costa Mesa Police Department where he served as a police officer for 10 years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies.

Sergeants Myers and Fair’s promotions were celebrated during the police department’s recent promotional ceremony on October 16.
