PACIFIC PALISADES—In December 2012, singer Rihanna leased a mansion in the Los Angeles Pacific Palisades neighborhood.
The 11,000 square-feet rental is back on the market.
The lavish house includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an enormous pool with water jets, and a parking space that can hold up to 20 cars in the parking lot.
The home is also encompassed with rows of trees lining the homes outside walls. There were reports that the singer encountered several incidents of stalkers and trespassers on the property within the first few months.
The mansion is currently on the market for $13 million. Listing agents are Joyce Rey and Nadia Emelia of Coldwell Banker and Bachir Oueida of Nelson Shelton and Associates.
