SHERMAN OAKS—A road rage incident was reported near a Sherman Oaks CVS parking lot on Tuesday, June 25 at around noon in the 14000 block of Ventura Boulevard.

A woman and her partner claimed that another driver almost hit them as they were attempting to pull out of the CVS parking lot.

The woman, who was the passenger of the vehicle did not want to be identified. She indicated she gave the woman who almost hit them a “weird” look and then the woman flipped both she and her partner off.

After the pair drove out of the CVS parking lot, the woman in question began to follow them breaking several traffic laws as she tailed them as first reported by KTLA news. She caught up to the driver and her partner near the intersection of Kester Avenue and Valle Vista Boulevard.

Both parties stopped at a stop sign where the woman who followed the couple approached their vehicle. The passenger shared with KTLA that at this point her girlfriend asked the woman “What’s your problem?” The passenger took out her phone and recorded the confrontation.

“It was absolutely insane. … She was pulling my phone out of my hand and hitting me in the face,” the passenger told KTLA.

The passenger filed a report to the Los Angeles Police Department and submitted the video and photos to authorities.

Canyon News contacted Los Angeles Police Department for more information, but did not hear back before print.
