HOLLYWOOD HILLS—Australian musician Chris Cester, of the rock band Jet has sold his Hollywood Hills home to former UFC fighter Kenny Florian and his wife, model-actress Clark Gilmer, for $2.75 million, the Los Angeles Times reports.

The English Country-style home, originally built in the 1920s, was recently remodeled to showcase a wide living room with a high, arched ceiling, dark wood floors and a fireplace. A bedroom with a lifted stair entry way and a dining room covered in zebra print wallpaper sit off the living room area.

The four bedroom, four bathroom home has two master suites and a modern kitchen with an island and creamy colored appliances and cupboards.

To the side of the home is a swimming pool and spa with a waterfall feature and a two-car garage. The backyard is about a third of acre in green landscape with high bushes separating the two outside areas.

Cester, the founding mainstay drummer and backup vocalist for Jet, formed the band with lead singer and older brother, Nic Cester, and Cameron Muncey in 2001.

As a member of Jet, Cester has won awards as a songwriter from the Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA) including in 2005 as Songwriter of the Year, and 2011 for “Seventeen,” which won Most Played Australian Work and Rock Work of the Year.

In March 2012, Jet announced their disbandment and Cester formed the electro-rock group DamnDogs.

Florian, 39, is considered to be one of the greatest all-time mixed martial artists to have never won a UFC championship. He retired in 2012 with a record of 14-6, with losses in three different title fights.

Florian finished as the middleweight runner-up on the first season of reality show, “The Ultimate Fighter” and went on to be the only fighter in UFC history to compete in four different weight divisions.

The Westwood, Massachusetts, native is now a UFC analyst on FOX and a color commentator for UFC Fight Night. He is also a commentator for the ABC series, “Battlebots.”

His wife, Gilmer, is known best as a contestant on cycle 11 of “America’s Next Top Model” and has also appeared on “The Millionaire Matchmaker,” “How I Met Your Mother,” “CSI: New York,” and “Dexter.”

She has appeared in music videos made by Enrique Iglesias, Taylor Swift, Kid Cudi and Blake Shelton.

The couple were represented by Gene Bush of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Edward Faktorovich of Figure 8 Realty was the listing agent for the home.
