MALIBU—Actress Shannen Doherty, 44, has sold her Malibu estate for $2.495 million. The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star bought the 3,600 square foot property in 2003 for an undisclosed amount.
The house was built in 1977 and contains a large living room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house also features an ocean view, wood ceilings, a fireplace and a wet bar.
The listing agents of the property include Chris Cortazzo and Tara Switzer of Coldwell Banker.
Shannen Doherty is currently married to Kurt Iswarienko since 2011. She was previously married to professional poker player Rick Salomon and actor Ashley Hamilton.
The actress has made appearances on television shows like “Charmed” from 1998 to 2006 and “Beverly Hills, 90210” from 1990-2000.
