SANTA MONICA—The Santa Monica Public Library recently announced the date of its holiday edition of The Big Kids’ Table. On Wednesday, December 14 the SMPL will host the event from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the Main Library’s Multipurpose Room.

“Looking to have fun, socialize and de-stress? Take a seat at The Big Kids’ Table, the Main Library’s monthly series of activities that invites adults to get in touch with their inner “big kid.” This month, join us for some holiday fun and decorate a gingerbread house. Or relax by coloring or playing a game of Scrabble. All materials will be provided. Limited quantities available. Just bring your creativity!” reads a press release for the upcoming event.

The program is free and open to all ages. Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis. The Santa Monica Public Library is wheelchair accessible. For special disabled services, call Library Administration at (310) 458-8606 one week prior to event. The Main Library is directly served by Big Blue Bus lines 1, 7, R7, R10, and 18. Ride your bike. Bicycle parking racks are available at the library.
