WEST HOLLYWOOD—The city of West Hollywood is making it easier for residents and visitors to enjoy the Sunset Strip. The Sunset Trip, a free trolley service offered by the city, runs Fridays through Saturdays, 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.

The trolley service offers a free way for individuals to get to a number of restaurants, bars, and activities without having to worry about driving, finding a place to park or paying for parking to get to a destination. Trolley riders are able to explore areas along the Sunset Strip, the Design District, and Santa Monica Boulevard.

The dark blue and red shuttle is designed in a classic trolley style. It picks up at two locations: San Vicente/Santa Monica Boulevard and Fairfax/Santa Monica Boulevard. Trolleys pick up every 15 minutes and can be tracked on the Sunset Trip website.

The trolley has 12 westbound stops and 14 eastbound stops. Both pickups are on the eastbound track. The Sunset Trip travels the way to the west end of Melrose Avenue/Robertson. There are 18 stops along Sunset Boulevard, both westbound and eastbound.

The Sunset Trip promotes a number of events, restaurants, and bars that the free shuttle service can bring people to on their Facebook page. Additional questions can be directed to (323) 848-6454.
