SHERMAN OAKSTerrell Owens, former NFL wide receiver, and his estranged wife, Rachel Snider, have listed their Sherman Oaks home for sale at $2.349 million.

The couple purchased the traditional-style home back in 2014 for $2.2 million before getting married. Owens filed a petition for a divorce three days after the couple’s marriage. Snider alleges Owens used her to qualify for the mortgage. Both names are listed on the property records.

The two-story 4,250 square foot home, built in 2013, sits on a corner lot and is described by realtor Neil Klemow as large, but homey. The home has five bedrooms, three upstairs and two downstairs, and 4.75 baths. The kitchen has marble countertops and the home includes formal living and dining rooms. The master suite comes complete with a sitting room, private bath with a soaking tub and steam shower, and a fireplace.

The house has a wide wraparound porch, large expanses of grass, an outdoor deck with a fire pit, a mudroom, and a pool and spa including a waterfall. The house has dormer windows, a sloping roofline, white oak flooring, and a huge walk-in pantry and closets.
