Topher Grace Sells WeHo Abode

WEST HOLLYWOOD—Former “That 70’s Show” star Topher Grace has sold his West Hollywood home for $1.685 million.

Grace initially bought the property in 2006 for $1.6 million and put the property on the market for $1.895 million in August 2014. The actor also currently owns a two bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home in New York.

The home, situated on a private cul-de-sac near Sunset Plaza, is a small one-story abode that features hardwood floors, an open floor plan, and a scenic backyard complete with a swimming pool.

Grace, who recently had a role in the blockbuster film “Interstellar,” got engaged to actress Ashley Hinshaw in January. The move from the longtime bachelor pad could signify a search for a more suitable home for the couple and any potential children that may or may not be on the way.
