GRIFFITH PARK—One person was hospitalized when a tour bus collided with another vehicle near Griffith Park on Saturday, March 28.
LAFD spokesman Shawn Lenske told Canyon News that the California Highway Patrol and the Los Angeles, Glendale and Burbank fire departments responded to the eastbound lanes near Forest Lawn Drive at 6:16 p.m.
The tour bus, carrying dozens of people on board, was reportedly blocking the carpool lane when the first responders arrived.
“We have reports of one rescue who we transported to a local hospital. We are unaware of the victim’s current condition,” said Lenske.
