HOLLYWOOD HILLS—On Saturday, October 29, Donald Trump supporters gathered beside his Hollywood Walk of Fame star located at 6801 Hollywood Blvd. to show their support for the Republican candidate. This comes after Trump’s star was vandalized by James Otis, who was arrested and later released on a $20,000 bail.
Trump supporters were seen Saturday rallying near the star with signs and props. Signs held by the participants read: “Make America Great Again,” “America First,” “No Jobs No Country.”
One woman amongst the crowd chanted: “FBI, lock her up,” regarding news of the FBI reopening their investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.
A video of a homeless woman attempting to protect the area recently went viral on YouTube. In the video, the woman is seen sitting right next to the star with multiple signs favoring Trump. A GoFundMe page has been created for the woman, since the circulation of the video with a target goal of $100,000. The GoFundMe page raised over $5,000 in one day.
