TUCSON, AZ—The USC Trojans football team will travel to Tucson and face the 2-4 Arizona Wildcats, on Saturday, October 15.

The Trojans hope to carry over the positive momentum from last week’s 17-21 win over the Colorado Buffaloes. USC’s starting Quarterback Sam Donald threw for 358 yards in the previous match up, scoring all 3 touchdowns and throwing one interception. In the midst of a mediocre 3-3 season, Trojans’ Head Coach Clay Helton continues to echo the simple things. “We gotta just do our job. Simplicity. We have a lot of talent here. Don’t let it be about the hype or the flash. Let it be about us doing our job and winning games,” said Helton.

While undefeated at the LA Coliseum, the Trojans have yet to secure a road win this season, losing all three of their away games thus far. USC running back Justin Davis will not play in Saturday’s match up after he injured his ankle during last week’s win over Colorado. Davis had been having a productive year before the injury, and had ran for 92 yards on 13 carries in the first half of last week’s game before going down.

Max Browne continues to sit and will remain in the role of backup quarterback after being replaced by Donald in the game against Utah.
