BEVERLY HILLSMy name is “Troy”, and that puzzled look on my face is because I’m wondering why I still haven’t been adopted.  I seem to be passed over for others, and I don’t know why.

Troy is looking for a home
I’m a little boy about two years old, and I get along with other dogs, with cats, and children, too. I weigh about ten pounds, so I’m not too heavy to snuggle on your lap. I’m not aggressive in any way, so, what’s mine is yours. I have no separation anxiety, I’m not a barker, and I’m housetrained.  So, there must be someone that would like to make me part of their family!

Why don’t you call to make an appointment to see me?  We can take a nice walk, and then snuggle on the couch for as long as you like so that we can really get to know each other.  You don’t have to make a commitment then and there.  You can go home and sleep on it.  Who knows, you might have sweet dreams about me, or maybe you won’t be able to sleep at all, because you’ll be thinking about me and can’t wait until morning to call and say that you want me to be part of your life! I’d love to start the New Year with you!  How about it?
Note:  Speaking of the New Year, how about making some resolutions regarding your pets.  First of all, spay and neuter your pets. Always keep a collar with a tag on your pet, and be sure that the tag has up to date information.  Have them micro-chipped. Keep them brushed and bathed.  Have play time with them every day.  Have exams and shots, have their teeth checked and cleaned, and their eyes checked, too. When driving with them, be sure that the dogs are secured by a harness, and cats are in carriers.  Take dogs for walks so that they get their exercise (and you get yours!).  I’ve even seen cats with harnesses being taken for walks!  Always leash your dog when walking – for their safety and the safety of others. Last, but not least, give them the unconditional love that they give to you.
I hope that you will call to see Troy – and to see all of the other wonderful dogs and cats waiting for loving homes to call their own, please check our website at: foafla.petfinder.com. They are all waiting for your call!
