BEVERLY HILLS—Vice President Joe Biden visited the Los Angelesregion for two days beginning on October 6. Biden spoke at fundraisers for Bruce Braley, Senate candidate of Iowa, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

The Braley fundraiser was held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel located in Beverly Hills at approximately 5:15 p.m.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee fundraiser was hosted at the Westside home of Jim Gianopulos, the chairman of Fox Filmed Entertainment at 20th Century Fox.

The start time for the event was 7:30 p.m. The fundraiser included a performance by Carole King, an award-winning singer.

Biden joined Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti for a discussion about the minimum wage on Tuesday, October 7.
