WOODLAND HILLS—A water main break in Woodland Hills caused a street to flood on Sunday, November 9. More than 36 Department of Water and Power customers were left without service

The break was reported at approximately 10:45 a.m. in the 5800 block of Rolling Road.

The flood occurred after 11:30 a.m. in the 21900 block of Oxnard Street near the Warner Center Marriott Hotel. Oxnard Street near Topanga Canyon was closed for a period of time to clear the streets.
