WEST HOLLYWOOD—The city of West Hollywood will host an annual Veterans Day Program on Friday, November 11.

The Veterans Day Program will honor veterans and active members of the United States Armed Forces.

There will be speakers and brief speeches by members from the West Hollywood City Council to recognize those who have served in the United States Armed Forces, as well as the important role animals play in helping to support our troops.

Representatives from local veterans’ organizations, the UCLA ROTC Air Force Color Guard and the organization Animals for Armed Forces will be invited to take part in the program.

The event will kick off with a presentation of wreaths at the Sal Guarriello Veterans’ Memorial on the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Hollywood Drive at 10 a.m.

A free shuttle will depart at 10:30 a.m. to take guests to the City of West Hollywood’s City Council Chambers/Public Meeting Room at West Hollywood Library for the Veterans Day Program, which begins at 11 a.m.
