The bungalow-style home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sits on 1,662 square feet of space. It is located at Graciosa Drive in the Beachwood Canyon area, at just a five-minute drive from the 101 Freeway.

Hollywood landmarks such as the Griffith Observatory and the Greek Theater, along with the hiking trails of Bronson Canyon-Griffith Park, are also located nearby.

Built in 1920, the year the house was last remodeled was in 1990, according to details on Zillow.com.

The interior of the home is described as bright and spacious. The kitchen is decked with a large skylight. The house boasts rooms for both an office and a small, private gym. One car space is provided in the carport. The house also features a large back lot and along with a view of the mountains.

Records indicate that it was officially earlier this month on September 9. The home was originally listed for sale on July 20. Links Real Estate agent Peter Lavin was the listing agent while Keller Williams agent Peter Reyes represented the actor.

The actor’s critically-acclaimed show “Silicon Valley” is up for a number of Emmy awards including Outstanding Comedy Series, its first nomination in that category. The second season of the show premiered on April 12, 2015 and was renewed for a third season on April 13.

The actor and comedian is also currently involved in a number of film projects and is set to appear in the upcoming screen adaptation of the “Captain Underpants” series as the voice of Harold Hudgins. The film, which will be produced by Dreamworks, is expected to be released in 2017.
