HOLLYWOOD HILLS—”Twilight” actress Nikki Reed has sold her large Hollywood Hills home for $1.31 million. The listing for the house was originally removed on August 27.

Reed had originally put the home up for sale back in July. Before Reed purchased the property, it had been sold for $872,000. The new owner of the house is not yet known.

The 2,284-square ft. house is located at 3369 Charleston Way near Lake Hollywood and offers views of Universal Studios Hollywood and Griffith Park.

The multi-level house has been sold for $1.3 million by the “Twilight” actress after originally being listed for a similar price back in July.

Built in 1926, the main house has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, while its separate apartment unit has an additional bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and private patio.

The multi-level house features two fireplaces, in the living area and kitchen, with hardwood floors on its main level. It also offers a three-car garage and is equipped with central heating and air-conditioning throughout the home.

A number of appliances were included in the purchase such as a refrigerator, washer and dryer. The backyard features a large, open patio area with a bean-shaped heated pool and spa. The house was brokered by PLG Estates.

The 26-year-old acquired the house, along with two other properties, following her divorce from musician Paul McDonald, 30, back on March 29. McDonald was left with the couple’s house in Nashville, Tennessee.

Last summer, Reed became involved in a relationship with 36-year-old “The Vampire Diaries” star Ian Somerhalder. The two announced their engagement in February and married on April 26 in Malibu.

Reed has been cast in the role of Betty Rossin the upcoming fall season of Fox’s “Sleepy Hollow.” She was also cast alongside Britt Robertson from “Tomorrowland” to appear in the Thomas Dekker indie film “Jack Goes Home,” currently in pre-production.
